'The Joseon Magician' unveils film locations more amazing than magic

Movie 'The Joseon Magician' has unveiled the beautiful film locations hidden here and there all over Korea, which have not been known to many people before.

'The Joseon Magician' filmed for the last four months going around the places Namyangju, Yongin, Damyang, Gochang, Hwasun, Sokcho, Yangpyeong and other beautiful places.

The production team searched everywhere in the country to find film locations. Director Kim Dae-seung talked about the efforts, "I wanted to make the audience feel as if they were dreaming". The film locations seen in the movie deliver the incredibly beautiful cinematography as well as reveal the inner personality of each character as well. One of the notable scenes is the barley field in Hakwon Farm in North Jeolla Province where the magician Hwan-hee (Yoo Seung-ho) and Princess Cheongmyeong (Go Ara) confirm each other's ardent love towards each other.

Go Ah-ra said, "A lot of filming were done primarily at nighttime in the beautiful locations only known to the local people" and "The unexpected beautiful scenery at night adds another merit to this film". 'The Joseon Magician' is also drawing attention with their 2,000 sets of costumes and the elaborate construction of Moolang-ru, a stage for magic performance.
