Jo Han-sun is back with the movie "Deep Trap" and he was interviewed recently in a café in Seoul. "Whether or not there is a bed scene in the movie doesn't influence my decision. But I also don't believe in giving up a movie because of it".

"I think an actor should be open to any kind of role. If a movie requires a bed scene, then I don't see a reason not to do it. Of course, I think about it logically, but I became anxious when the date drew near. I couldn't get it out of my head. I was numb on the day of. I didn't know what to do".

Jo Han-sun performs an intimate scene with Ji-an, a mysterious woman he meets at the B&B where he comes across with his wife Kim Min-kyeong. He struggles not to fall for the mysterious woman but he had to express pressure so it was tough on him emotionally and physically. He also had to expose himself as much as possible so he had to be pretty determined about it.

Not all actors are sure about intimate scenes. They have to lead the actress so the pressure is more on them. Jo Han-seok said, "I have never done this before and we were on a budget so this scene wasn't completely ready. The hairs don't usually show but we had to make it show. So in the end we went along with the scene and I excused myself to the actress".

"There was something the producer wanted and there was something I wanted. He wanted an appropriate level of intensity but I said, "Let's make it stronger". He agreed. Co-operation with the actress is important because our bodies do the work. The scene is about 4~7 minutes and making it took just as long. The producer didn't say 'cut'. I was exhausted afterwards".

"The funny thing is, doing it made me want to make it more real and detailed. I didn't make a lot of NGs. The rehearsal alone was about 3~4 hours and we started filming when the 'OK' sign was given".

"I am not a killer in the movie and I didn't lead the whole situation. I am a victim. I needed to express that in bed and I was already characterized so it wasn't difficult".

When he was told that Ma Dong-seok was sure of his apple bottoms, Jo Han-sun said, "I agree. He's got nice bottoms. I have nice ankles though. I am a typical office worker in the movie so it would have been weird if I was muscular and built. There are many office workers in reality with good bodies but very little. I focused on losing the muscles and fat".

This SNS motivated movie "Deep Trap" is about a married couple who leave on a trip to an isolated island and meets Ma Dong-seok at a restaurant they looked up online.
