Director Ji Yeong-soo Congratulates Kim So-yeon

Director Ji Yeong-soo of the drama "Uncle" congratulated actor Kim So-yeon, who won the SBS Acting Awards.

Ji Yeong-soo left a picture of actress Kim So-yeon and a long post on his Instagram on the 1st.

He said, "She is an actress who is always on the set before the staff even on a cold day. A person who listens to and sympathizes with others' stories. She tries so hard to make eye contact with everyone and relate to his or her stories".

He then confessed, "When I heard the news of So-yeon's grand prize, I was glad and the first thing I thought of was 'the world is still fair'".

Director Ji Yeong-soo said, "It's a shame that there's no bigger award for you than the grand prize", showing delight at the actress's award.

Director Ji Yeong-soo and Kim So-yeon met in the JTBC's drama "Falling For Innocence". Currently, Kim So-yeon's husband, Lee Sang-woo, is starring in director Ji Yeong-soo's new TV CHOSUN drama "Uncle".
