Competition has been revealed. Nam Ha-neul (Park Shin-hye) and Yeo Jeong-woo (Park Hyung-sik) in their school uniforms make significant faces at each other. There is a slight tension between the two.

It raises curiosity as a special relationship. On the side of the poster is a message that says, "There are no two suns under the sky, and there are no two No. 1s in the school". It implies that they are rivals.

"Doctor Slump" is a romantic comedy. Former school rivals Nam Ha-neul (Park Shin-hye) and Yeo Jeong-woo (Park Hyung-sik) meet again in their darkest days. They renew their failed lives.
