tvN 10th anniversary special drama "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God" is about a goblin who needs a human wife to end his immortality, a Death Angel who co-exists with him and a girl 'who was meant to die' but claims she is the goblin's bride.

Gong Yoo takes on the role of Kim Sin, a mysterious and sad goblin who lives a never ending life. Kim Go-eun is Ji Eun-tak, a 19-year-old girl who is normal, but abnormal at the same time.

Scenes were filmed in Quebec, Canada. Kim Go-eun approaches Gong Yoo as he is reading in the autumn landscape. Gong Yoo has eyes of a puppy dog and Kim Go-eun's eyes are smiling. This 'eye contact' says a lot about their relationship.

"Guardian: The Lonely and Great God" is the first drama to be filmed in Quebec, Canada and everyone from crew to cast are excited about it. Despite the chilly weather, Gong Yoo did his best romantically and sincerely.
