"South Korean researchers develop app to help those with arm paralysis"

Samsung is set to release an app that will assist the disabled with using their smartphones. The app, called "Dowell", targets people with "muscular dystrophy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), stroke and other ailments that restrict movement". Great work Samsung!
