Idol's Blackmailer Arrested

A woman has been arrested for blackmailing Park Yoo-chun of boy band JYJ.

The 30-year-old found a phone Park's acquaintance had lost in the street and threatened to circulate compromising pictures and text messages saved on it unless Park Yoo-chun paid her W100 million (US$1=W1,065).

Gangnam police in Seoul on Tuesday said the case of the woman, identified by her surname Kim is now in the hands of prosecutors.

Park Yoo-chun's agency C-JeS Entertainment apparently agonized whether to call the police.

Park Yoo-chun currently appears as a body guard in SBS TV drama "Three Days".
