Jeon Do-yeon and Kim Nam-gil's 'The Shameless' to be released in May

Movie, "The Shameless" starring the A-list actor and actress, Jeon Do-yeon and Kim Nam-gil will be revealed in May finally.

Sanai Pictures has confirmed on April 14th, "The Shameless" will be released in May. "The Shameless" is a movie depicting the inevitable emotions between a man, a detective, who is hiding truth, and a woman, who wants to believe although it is a lie.

Jeon Do-yeon and Kim Nam-gil paired up as a woman of a murderer and a cold-hearted detective.

Jeon Do-yeon plays Kim Hye-kyeong, a hostess working for a bar, who has been waiting for her lover, since he ran away after killing a person. Kim Nam-gil plays Jeong Jae-gon, a detective, who chases after the murderer, who used to be Hye-kyeong's lover.

Jeon Do-yeon portrays the co-existence of distress and decadence as well as purity and courage through the three dimensional character.

Kim Nam-gil is literally a "The Shameless", who is a cold-hearted macho, which is contrary to his usual image from his previous filmography.

Director Oh Seung-wook, who wrote the screenplay of 'Christmas in August ' and directed 'Kilimanjaro' led the creation of the film.
