Kim Hyun-joong is the father of ex-girlfriend's son, case put on hold

Singer and actor Kim Hyun-joong ex-girlfriend's son turns out to be his.

The Seoul Family Court ruled the end of the case after acknowledging that the baby was in fact Kim Hyun-joong's.

However, the parental rights and fosterer hasn't be appointed yet and a separate case will be held for the child support expenses.

Previously, 'A' filed a case against Kim Hyun-joong in September last year and according to DNA tests, the child is Kim Hyun-joong's.

Kim's lawyer Lee Jae-man stated, "Kim Hyun-joong will take full responsibility for the child if it's his".

The two of them got into this dirt puddle when Kim Hyun-joong was accused of having abused 'A' in 2014.

Meanwhile, 'A' is currently in a lawsuit against Kim Hyun-joong for 1.6 billion won.
