Lee Byung-hun's figure being made

A Hot Toy figure of Lee Byung-hun is being made.

BH Entertainment announced that figure making company Hot Toy is making a figure of Storm Shadow which Lee Byung-hun played the role of in the Hollywood movie "G.I. Joe". Hot Toy is company established in Hong Kong in the year 2000 and makes hero figures of the characters from "Dark Knight", "Pirates of the Caribbean", "The Avengers" and more.

"G.I. Joe" figures have been made since the 1960's but Lee Byung-hun is the first Korean actor to have his face made into the character figure.

Hot Toy announced, "We are releasing Storm Shadow for "G.I. Joe Retaliation" for the first time. We are excited to make this character. Two versions of it will be made with its mask on and off and pay more attention to the detail".

1960's comic "G.I. Joe" was made into a movie in 2009 and rounded up to 2.7 million viewers in Korea alone. Convertible to 3D, "G.I.Joe 2" is preparing for its World Premier and release in March this year.
