Who is this guy who is always seen with detective Jeong Yak Yong?

It's Han Seo Pil (played by Oh Dal-soo)! He's a merchant who also doubles as the trusted assistant of Jeong Yak Yong (Kim Myung-min) in the upcoming movie, "Detective K".

Together, the crime-solving duo will try to unlock the mystery behind the suicide of a woman.
