Park Seo-joon and Hwang Jung-eum's 'She Was Pretty' holds first script reading

MBC's new Wednesday & Thursday drama, "She Was Pretty" has unveiled snaps from their first scrip reading session.

Just by looking at the names in the cast including Hwang Jung-eum, Park Seo-joon, Go Joon-hee, and Choi Si-won, you can already feel happy energy as the pleasant kickoff beginning with the successful first scrip reading predicts a big hit.

On August 10th, the production team of "She Was Pretty", scheduled to begin in September, has unveiled snaps from their first script reading session.

Director Jeong Dae-yoon said, "I am lucky" and "I'm happy to see all the actors and actresses in front of me, who were on my top list to cast originally".

As Hwang Jung-eum co-starred with Park Seo-joon in 'Kill Me, Heal Me' and with Go Joon-hee ' Can You Hear my Heart', she is anticipated to bring up the tight and comfortable chemistry with each of the actor and the actress perfectly.

Park Seo-joon said "I feel that I'd finallly be able to show my transformation through this project" and "I'm very excited and also determined, with the thought I'd be able to show different sides of me".

At the end of the script reading session, Go Joon-hee said, "Since it has been a while since I attended a script reading session for a drama, I felt nervous. I have been the youngest member on the set usually. I'm more excited and happier this time because I'm acting with actors in my age in this romantic comedy".

Choi Si-won's playful acts during the session made people laugh in the room. He also showed his professional approach by expressing his sincere opinions about the drama. He said, "Although this is the first time for me to meet the actors, I felt comfortable to see that we could interact as if we had known each other for a long time".

'She was Beauttiful' is a romantic comedy about a woman who used to be outstandingly beautiful, going through an adverse change in beauty and reuniting with her first love, who turned out to be a perfect handsome guy after all.
