Park Si-yeon sues wig company for using her picture

Actress Park Si-yeon sued and won a case against the company that used her pictures without authorization.

She received a total of 40 million won which is claimed for in the first place.

Park Si-yeon signed a contract with 'A' in May of 2010 but the company continued to use her pictures for another year and 4 months after the contract was done.

The Court of Justice ruled that Park Si-yeon was to be compensated for and ordered the company to pay her 40 million won.
