Seoul to operate 1,000 buses to promote tourism in Seoul

One thousand public buses in Seoul will run through the city from Saturday as messengers promoting tourism in the capital city of Korea.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government said Thursday that it will operate 1,000 buses carrying a catch phrase saying, "Now is the time, Visit Seoul!" until the end of China`s one-week National Day holiday season ending on October 7.

The catch phrase was created by Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon, who also used it on various promotional materials during his campaign earlier this month in three major Chinese cities to promote tourism in Seoul.
