Actor Song Joong-ki might be the next one who has succeeded in real estate investment.

tvN show "List of Names" dealt with 'those who have succeeded in real estate'.

Song Joong-ki came in 3rd with his 'S' Villa home which is known as the Korean version of Beverly Hills. He bought it for 2.5 billion won.

According to the show, Song Joong-ki's price for each episode was 60 million won and for the whole drama, he made 960 million won.

Not only that, he's made 10 billion won in advertisements alone. In China, his price for each episode of a TV show is 20~30 million won.
