Hae-seong went out to treat someone who attempted a suicide. He was going to transfer the patient to a hospital because he decided that the patient's condition was serious. However, all the hospitals nearby were closed down and the patient required a surgery urgently.

But, Woo-jin, who was experiencing blurry eyesight again, refused to perform the urgently required surgery. When the patient was moved to a veterinarian hospital nearby, the medical team was about to perform the surgery. Woo-jin tried to stay out saying, "I can't. I have some situation".

Hae-seong and Ji-na asked why and Woo-jin ended up confessing about his disease after all. He explained he was suffering Leber hereditary optic neuropathy.

He said, "I knew it would happen one day but didn't think it would be this sudden". Woo-jin continued on, "The patient's condition is getting serious and if the hospital would find out about my medical condition, they will use it for the lawsuit".
