Jeong Yoon-do (Yoon Kyun-sang) finally grabbed a chance to have a date with Yoo Hye-jeong (Park Shin-hye) in a cafeteria in the hospital.
Jeong Yoon-do asked her, "Didn't you understand me when I said you looked like a woman?" Yoo Hye-jeong said she knew. Jeong Yoon-do asked her back, "Then, why do you keep ignoring me. Is it because of Dr. Hong (Kim Rae-won)?"
Yoo Hye-jeong answered, "I don't believe in love between a man and a woman. If I would get to believe, then it would be with Dr. Hong". Jeong Yoon-do smiled sadly.
