MBC "My Spring Days" ended with a two-digit record.

According to Nielsen Korea, "My Spring Days" rated 10.0% which is 1.3% more than the previous episode.

"My Spring Days" managed to maintain 8~9% throughout its broadcast, and on the final episode, it finally increased to two-digits.

The final episode of the drama showed Lee Bomi (Choi Soo-yeong) saying goodbye to Kang Dong-ha (Kam Woo-sung) and the rest of her family; she left the world after donating her heart.

Meanwhile, SBS "My Lovely Girl" recorded 5.6% and KBS 2TV "Blade Man" rated 4.3%.
