On the latest episode of the MBC drama "Ruler: Master of the Mask", Prince Yi Seon (Yoo Seung-ho) revealed of his identity and his life was at risk.

Warrior Lee Cheong-woon (Shin Hyun-soo) saved the prince and peasant Yi Seon (Kim Myung-soo) was mistaken as the prince.

Peasant Lee Son asked why they were being so nice to him and Yi Seon said, "You are my first and only friend. You gave up your revenge and came with me". Previously, peasant Yi Seon had planned to avenge his father's death to the Pyeonsoo.

Kim Hwa-goon (Yoon So-hee) convinced the Pyeonsoo's leader Dae-mok (Huh Joon-ho) that he wouldn't kill the Prince. Dae-mok smiled satisfyingly and said, "I will give you the Prince".

The Prince found out why he was wearing a mask. The King told him, "We traded the waters for your life, but I didn't want to make you join the Pyeonsoo and put you up as king. I had the mask put on you for that reason". The Pyeonsoo threatened the Prince's life and the King abandoned Han Ga-eun's (Kim So-hyun) father Han Gyu-ho (Jeon No-min) to save the Prince.

The Prince opened the prison door for him to run away but he told the Prince to take care of Ga-eun and gave him a letter. Gyu-ho only then saw the Prince's face and hoped for him to fight until the end. The Pyeonsoo was pressuring the Prince by using those around him.

The King ordered the Prince to kill Gyu-ho himself and the Prince cried, "Why did you make a deal with the Pyeonsoo?" Then he fainted.
