2PM Jun-ho debuts in "Cold Eyes"

Idols are competing on screens.

Several idol group members have been cast in movies and this could be the start of a very heated competition. Miss A's Bae Suzy made her print in the movie "Architecture 101" and Ham Eun-jung from T-ara starred in the horror movie "White: The Melody of the Curse". With expectations higher up this time, the second round of idols is made up of guys.

MBLAQ's Lee Joon, Beast's Yoon Doo-joon, 2PM's Jun-ho, JYJ Kim Jae-joong and 2AM's Lim Seulong are some of them. While they are popular for their activities overseas, they have all taken part in different movies this time.

Lee Joon was chosen by Kim Ki-duk. He has been cast for the leading role in "Actors Are Actors" which portrays the psychological world of actors realistically. 2PM Jun-ho has been cast in the movie "Cold Eyes" along with Sol Kyung-gu and Han Hyo-joo. Making his debut with an action movie, Jun-ho's role is a detective with eagle eyes. Jun-ho went through tough competition before landing in this role and he should be ore active in movies and dramas in the future.

Beast Yoon Doo-joon has been cast for the comedy movie "Marrying the Mafia 5 - Return of the Family" which will be released on the 19th of December with Jung Joon-ho, Sung Dong-il and other comedian 'experts'.

JYJ Kim Jae-joong is coming out with "Jackal is Coming" on the 15th and Lim Seulong with "26 Years".

The movie companies that have cast idols as their leading characters say, "Casting was done out of issue in the past but these days idols have talent. Compared to other wannabe actors and actresses, idols are advantageous in a way that they can try out a variety of roles.
