YOON Jung-hee's comeback in LEE Chang-dong film

60s iconic actress Yoon Jung-hee will return to acting after more than fifteen years. Internationally renowned director Lee Chang-dong cast her as the lead of his upcoming film "Poetry". YOON will play a poetry writing grandmother who works as a housemaid to support her grandson.

LEE started shooting his fifth film on 25 August. The three month shoot will take place in Korea's Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces. "Poetry" is scheduled to meet Korean audiences in May 2010.

LEE's previous film was "Secret Sunshine" which earned Jeon Do-yeon the best actress award at Festival de Cannes in 2007. Moon So-ri won the best actress nod in 2002 at the Venice Film Festival for her performance in LEE's "Oasis".

YOON starred in numerous box office hits in the 60s like "Sorrowful Youth" (1967), and she was last seen as an actress in "Manmubang" (1994). She won the Grand Bell best actress award for her performance in "Manmubang".
