3 broadcasting companies, unpaid fees 1.5 billion and 700 million won

KBS, MBC and SBS movie productions have unpaid actors and actresses up to 1.5 billion (~US$1.5 million) and 700 million won (~US$700,000).

The National Entertainment Management Association (NEMA) revealed the amount of money the three companied who owe actors and actress's money. NEMA said, "These results have been attained through research done in 2010 and 2011 and are still being collected.

According to NEMA, the unpaid amount in KBS came up to 898,750,000 won (~US$900,000) from 5 dramas such as "Secret Agent Miss Oh" (339,900,000 won~US$340,000), "Worlds Within" (439,250,000 won~US$440,000) and more.

The unpaid amount from MBC added up to 353,280,000(~US$325,000) won in 7 dramas. SBS added up to 174,400,000 (~US$174,000) won and SBS Plus "Boiling" was 1,206,000 (~US$1200) won for one episode.

The movie "The Housemaid - 2010" was the most unpaid movie with a sum of 145,000,000 (~US$145,000) won then followed "Rough Cut" with 120,000,000 won (~US$120,000) then "The Yellow Sea" with 150,000,000 won (~US$150,000).
