4 Minute, PR Ambassador of 'Seoul Character & Licensing Fair'

The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA, President & CEO: Lee Jae-woong) held a ceremony at its headquarters in Sangam-dong, Seoul on July 13 to appoint a new girl group, 'Four Minute' as PR Ambassador of 'Seoul Character & Licensing Fair 2009'.
Upon receiving the award, the group members said, "Seoul Character & Licensing Fair 2009 is the living history of the domestic content industry. We will strive to contribute to nurturing this event as Asia's representative exhibition".
Shot to fame with their title song, 'Hot Issue', 4 Minute enjoys popularity with their music represented by footloose melodies and vivid color style.
"We have a high expectation that 4 Minute's image that catches the eye promotes the purpose of this event. Also I hope with this occasion 4 Minute and domestic characters receive more support and attention", said Lee Jae-woong, president of KOCCA.
Co-hosted by KOCCA and COEX and sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, 'Seoul Character & Licensing Fair 2009' is Korea's largest character and licensing exhibition. Business consultation worth 25 billion won was made at the last year's fair with participation of 180,000 visitors.
Especially, this year, the fair is expected to be the largest one in the history of the fair with participation of 168 character businesses at home and abroad, including global content distributers such as BBC World and Paramount Pictures.
