Waterfront leisure facilities there, allow visitors to enjoy a number of outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing and RV camping.
The design inspiration for the Gongju weir is the Phoenix, the symbol of King Muryeong of Baekjae, and the weir features cultural spaces that fuse tradition and modernity.
Seungchon weir in Gwangju was designed to resemble the specialty rice produced in the area.
