It tells the story of Oh Ah-ra and Go Eun-beom, divorce lawyers who once were married. But after their marriage ends, they were brought together yet again when Go Eun-beom joins the same firm as Oh Ah-ra.

Whilst, we already have our leads as an example. Each new episode introduces a new case of divorce. The episodes highlight many issues couples often experience and how they can lead to seperation. One of the main issue focused on was adultery, specially because it's also why the Ah-ra and Eun-beom seperated- or so we thought. Yet, the show is careful to not make it the only problem that could seperate a couple. It touched upon issues like domestic abuse, lack of intimacy and even lack of companionship after marriage.

Eun-beom claimed to have an affair which brought an end to his marriage with Ah-ra. In the first epsiodes, viewers may side with Ah-ra, who held her grudge. Later, we discover that it was all fake and that Eun-beom grew tired of the shackles of responsibilities that marriage brought in.

As one case ends and the other begins, one may misinterpret that moving on after divorce is easy. The lead couple clarifies that is not it.

In the first episode CEO Seo (Jeon Bae-soo) asks Eun-beom if he still love Ah-ra and though, he doesn't respond his expressions said it all.Further on, Oh Ah-ra was also stuck in the past. She would reminsce their memories and would feel uneasy whenver she saw Eun-beom with Seo-hee (Park Jung-won)- his alleged mistress.

Both of them also are given a chance to move on. As Seo-hee tries to persue Eun-beom and Ah-ra begins to see Jae-gyeom (Mu Jin-sung). Jae-gyeom is head over heels for Ah-ra and often makes her heart race. But the questions stands. Will they move on or reunite? Only time will tell!
