TV personality Amy, fresh out of rehab for abusing the sleeping drug Propofol, was indicted again by the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on Sunday for abusing the prescription drug Zolpidem.

Zolpidem is another powerful sedative used to treat insomnia and can cause hallucinations and other side effects if taken for a prolonged period.

The entertainer underwent counseling in Seoul in November last year after being given a suspended sentence for abusing Propofol, the drug that killed Michael Jackson.

She has been charged with receiving 85 Zolpidem pills from a 34-year-old woman at the counseling center and taking 15 of them.

In November of 2012, a court gave Amy a two-year suspended sentence for Propofol use. In a bizarre twist, the prosecutor who had indicted Amy was then also charged with abusing his position to pressure a cosmetic surgeon to perform free surgery on Amy and extort compensation from him for a botched earlier treatment.
