[Reporter : Michelle Kim] Hello, Conn-young

So what can we do to make good use of the sunny weather

[Reporter : ] Well, it may not be as warm as we want it to be, but the sun is out and we should take advantage of the nice weather to go out and maybe travel somewhere nearby. For those of you who are planning on taking the train from Seoul Station, you should first stop by at the original Seoul Station building that has been turned into a multi cultural complex. Take a look.

Ever since the establishment of the KTX, the character of Seoul Station has changed. To recapture its glory days, the original Seoul Station building has been transfromed into a new Multi Cultural Complex.
Known as Culture Station Seoul 284, the multi cultural complex portrays the joys and sorrows of modern day Korea
The name is in reference to the building's designation as Historical Site 284 awarded in 1981.
In order to preserve its historical image and value, the building has been restored to its original form when it was built in 1925.

[Reporter : ed:jack] Until May, there will be a traditional performance held at Seoul Station every weekend.

Thousands of people visit Seoul Station every day so I think making a multicultural complex that revisits the history of Seoul Station, and by doing that, Korean history as well, is a great way for many people to appreciate the past.

[Reporter : ] Yes, and by showing the change between the past and the present, it's also a great way to appreciate the advancement of Korea as well. So I think it will be a great idea for people who aren't traveling and living in Seoul to just go and take a look at the history of Seoul Station as well.

And now you have the events bulletin for us[Reporter : ] Yes I do. I have an exhibition, a fairytale festival and a spring event for you. Here are the details.
