Attorney for Kim Si-won-III and her friend L who blackmailed Lee Byung-hun submit petition along with the 14th formal apology letter

GLAM's Kim Si-won-III and her friend L who were prosecuted on the charge of requesting 5 billion KRW from Lee Byung-hun using a video clip they recorded at a personal meeting, submitted a petition. Kim Si-won-III also submitted a formal apology letter along with the petition.

According to Seoul Central District Court on the 5th, they submitted the petition to the court on the 2nd. Kim Si-won-III also submitted her 14th apology letter on the 3rd.

Kim Si-won-III wrote again an apology letter on the 4th. This is the second letter she has written since the second trial on the 24th. Including the very first apology letter she wrote after the first trial on the last 16th, she has written apology letters 14 times.

They were arrested by policy after they blackmailed Lee Byung-hun requesting 5 billion KRW from Lee Byung-hun using a video clip they recorded during a personal meeting. Police sent the case to Seoul Prosecutors' Office, which prosecuted them on the charge of blackmail.

The third trial for Kim Si-won-III and her friend L will take place on the 16th coming. Court has sent a subpoena to Lee Byung-hun and the arranger, A who introduced L to Lee Byung-hun.
