Singer actress Bae Suzy got in controversy because she could not explain her movie "The Sound of a Flower" properly, in which she starred as the lead actress.

When she appeared in SBS' Connect! Movie World on the 31st of last month, the main cast of "The Sound of a Flower", Ryu Seung-ryong, Song Sae-byeok, Bae Suzy were interviewed. When the anchor Choi Gi-hwan asked her to explain about the movie, Bae Suzy started her explanation saying, "In the year of 1867 when only women were allowed to perform vocals". Ryu Seung-ryong tried to soften the situation by making a joke.

In addition to this, when she appeared in 'Entertainment Weekly' on October 31st, when she was asked to compose a four line acrostic poem using the movie title, 'The Sound of a Flower (Do-ri-hwa-ga)', she began with 'Do' but could not continue on to explain the movie.
