Bae Yong-joon rents private jet to fly to Japan

2005/08/30 Source

"Yonsama" Bae Yong-joon rented a special 15-passenger Korean Air jet costing roughly 70 million won per flight to make a surprise visit to Japan on Aug. 29. Bae was originally scheduled to visit Japan on Aug. 30 after celebrating his birthday on Aug. 29 in Korea, but decided to surprise his fans.

It has been reported that the jet was rented by the actor's Japanese agency IMX. The agency kept secret Bae's earlier-than-expected visit to Japan, and urged his fans to refrain from visiting both Narita and Haneda airports for safety reasons.

Bae's Korean agency, BOF, said the actor's schedule was changed at the last minute to prevent any safety-related accidents. "
