Baek Sung-hyun becomes a hacker in "Iris 2"

Actor Baek Sung-hyun is coming back with "IRIS 2" as a genius hacker.

"IRIS 2" is about three years after the death of Kim Hyeon-joon (Lee Byung-hun) from "IRIS". Agents of NSS struggle to figure out he questions surrounding Kim Hyeon-joon's death and the arrest of Baek San (Kim Young-chul) for being active in the illegal organization Iris and the true identity of Master Black the actual mastermind behind Baek San.

Baek Sung-hyun will take on the role of Kang Byeong-jin, an NSS agent and hacker. He is an NSS agent along with Soo Yeon (Lee Da-hae) and Hyeon-woo (Yoon Doo-joon) under Yoo Gun (Jang Hyuk) who receives information within the group the fastest and brings out the atmosphere.

Like the smart hacker that he is, he uses his genius brain to solve various difficulties and help to solve cases.

Coming back for the first time with a drama since "Big", Baek Sung-hyun is taking off the 'brotherly' image and is coming back as a special agent.

"IRIS 2" is written by Jo Gyoo-won and is produced by Pyo Min-soo and will be released in February next year.
