"We plan to audition independent singers or bands by giving them an opportunity to do a cover version of our new song "Monster". They can submit their entry to an online site run by Hyundai Card. Then we will select the most popular version and help the winner produce a single album".

"We're looking forward to seeing what this leads to. It's a great opportunity for talented singers or bands to make a name for themselves", said the band's leader G-Dragon. "The winner will also have a chance to collaborate on one of our future albums".

Big Bang released their new album "Still Alive" on Sunday featuring five songs including "Monster". The album sleeve was designed by Hyundai Card.

"We will continue to cooperate with Big Bang", the company said.
