Bong Joon-ho's 'Parasite' Dominates Yet Another Awards Ceremony

Director Bong Joon-ho's multi-Oscar-winning film "Parasite" swept awards, as anticipated, at the annual Daejong Film Awards, in Seoul on Wednesday.

The film won best picture, best director, best scenario and best music, while Lee Jung-eun won the best supporting actress prize.

Lee Byung-hun won best actor for "Ashfall" and Jung Yu-mi won best actress for "KIM Jiyoung: Born 1982".

Jung Hae-in in "Tune in for Love" won best new actor, and Jeon Yeo-been received the best new actress award for her role in "After My Death".

The awards ceremony, which was supposed to be held in February but postponed due to the coronavirus epidemic, took place with no audience.
