"Pitt will visit Korea in mid-Nov before the film is released, but a detailed schedule and whether he will be accompanied by his partner Angelina Jolie and the children have not yet been confirmed", said the agency.

Jolie came to Korea last year to promote the spy movie "Salt".

"Moneyball", the film adaptation of a novel by Michael Lewis published in 2003, is based on a true story of the Oakland Athletics and their General Manager Billy Beane. It topped the U.S. box office as soon as it hit the silver screen on Sept. 23, and has earned US$39 million (W46 billion) in just 10 days.
