He was already done with the final consideration a month ago. He does not have any plan to make any decision for a new work within this year.

Agency, Keyeast confirmed on the 5th, all the discussion about the casting offer for 'Dr. Frankenstein' was over a month ago.

Kim Soo-hyun had been considering the scenario for 'Dr. Frankenstein' as his next work after 'My Love from the Star'. However, the casting did not turn out well and he is considering some other works.

'Dr. Frankenstein' is a story about a doctor with exceptional medical abilities, who has multiple personalities. The male lead is a cold blooded man, who does not expose emotion; however he changes gradually throughout the show after finding a woman he falls in love with. Amongst all the many upcoming medical dramas early next year, the drama has been drawing much attention with its possible casting of Kim Soo-hyun. It is a collaboration of writer, Kim Tae-heui of 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal' and the production company, RaemongRaein of 'The Night Watchman's Journal'.

Kim Soo-hyun has been taking a break for one year from any movies or dramas since 'My Love from the Star'. He enthralled the whole Asia including Chinese community with his role as Do Min-joon in 'My Love from the Star' that ended in last February. He still has been on a busy schedule shooting photobooks and commercials and touring on fan meetings throughout Asia. He will continue to be on the same busy schedule travelling internationally.
