Celebrity Couple to End Marriage

Celebrity couple Lee Sang-min-IV and Lee Hye-young Monday agreed to end their 14-month marriage.
Lee Sang-min-IV issued a statement Tuesday night, saying, "I've been devoting myself to my business, which made me neglect my family. I think I've only tried to reach her for the sake of formality, not through my heart".
In his statement, Lee revealed his regrets over their marriage, but Lee Hye-young's official comment hasn't yet been made.
Before they got married on June 19 last year, they had been dating for over nine years, and they seemed to be happy on many television talk shows in which they appeared together.
Lee Hye-young made her debut as a dancer and singer and she is currently a soap opera actress. Also well known for her flair for fashion, she owns her clothing brand, Missing Dorothy.
Lee Sang-min-IV also started his career as a dancer and singer and became a producer of music groups. He also runs Gimme Five, a live sports and entertainment restaurant in southwestern Seoul.
Both were scheduled to hold a brief news conference yesterday, but it was canceled.
