Changmin of TVXQ to Get Married in September

Changmin, a member of K-pop duo TVXQ, will get married this fall.

The singer on Friday uploaded a handwritten letter to announce his wedding plans on a website run by his fans. His management agency SM Entertainment also said he would tie the knot on Sept. 5 in a press release on Friday.

Last year, he disclosed that he has been dating his girlfriend.

"The wedding will be held privately with no further details disclosed in consideration of his fiancée and both families, but he will continue to remain as a member of TVXQ", the agency added.

Changmin has enjoyed global popularity since the duo's debut in 2004. Recently, he began expanding his career, appearing in a TV series in 2011 and releasing a solo album in April this year.
