"Childless Comforts" Baek Jong-min '2013 Rising Star'

Actor Baek Jong-min who is currently well known as the good looking youngest son in the JTBC drama "Childless Comfortss", is rising as the next big star in Japan.

According to Tobis Media, a Hallyu magazine titled, "Korean TV Drama" published by Japan's greatest communications company Kyoto Communications, chose Baek Jong-min as the next rising star of the year 2013.

A spokesperson said, "Baek Jong-min is being focused on for his current drama "Childless Comfortss" as he has been gaining popularity within Japanese fans for "Queen Seon-deok", "Park Jung-geum, Heavenly Beauty" and others".

Meanwhile, Baek Jong-min who changed his name from Baek Jong-min, acted out the younger version of King Jin-pyeong (Jo Min-ki) in MBC drama "Queen Seon-deok" and was introduced on Japanese TV Asahi as the upcoming Hallyu star.
