Singer Choi Chang-min started his acting career under a new name, Choi Je-woo.

Choi Je-woo appeared in the MBN drama "539 Yeonnam-dong" as Joon-young, a member of the band Ryan (Brian Joo) used to be in. Choi Je-woo debuted in the 90s under the name Choi Chang-min as a back-dancer for Turbo, but his good looks got him into modeling and singing. He appeared on TV recently and said he changed his name. Although 20 years went by, Choi Je-woo looks the same and puts on a solid performance.

Choi Je-woo's role Joon-young is a famous singer who is enemies with Ryan. He bickers and quarrels with Ryan all the time, but falls in love with Suk Do-hee (Go Na-eun). Choi Je-woo has appeared in dramas, movies and sitcoms before.
