Choi Ji-woo to Star in Japanese Drama

Actress Choi Ji-woo will star in a Japanese television drama set to broadcast in January 2006.
Choi, who became popular throughout Asia after starring in the local drama "Winter Sonata" with actor Bae Yong-joon, has agreed to act in a drama for the Japanese network TBS tentatively titled "Yunmugok", according to reports.
Choi will act alongside Yutaka Takenouchi, who starred in the Japanese hit film, "Between Calmness and Passion".
While the script has yet to be completed, the drama is said to be a love story set in Seoul and Tokyo.
Choi will leave for Japan in November to begin shooting the drama.
