Choi Jin-hyuk discharged for medical reasons, cartilage damage

Actor Choi Jin-hyuk was discharged for medical reasons 7 months since his joined the National Service.

Choi Jin-hyuk's management Red Bricks House claimed, "Choi Jin-hyuk suffered severe knee cartilage damages and underwent transplant. He needs a long term of rehabilitation and treatment so he won't be able to carry on with military service anymore. He has been loyal to his duties but he's disappointed at the unexpected happening. He is going to focus on getting better".

Meanwhile, Choi Jin-hyuk joined the military on the 31st of March. He got injured in June during training.
