Cyber Terror Response Center booked cultural welfare company employee Yoon on the 31st for the charges of illegally spreading videos of "Architecture 101".

The police have also arrested 11 others who received these files from Yoon and spread them out through messengers and other methods.

Yoon, who works at a welfare company which screens free movies in military establishments or culture halls, received a video file from Lotte Entertainment and transferred it to a friend named A right before the movie was released on the 6th of April.

Yoon told A to only watch it himself but A passed it on to B and was released into a file sharing website at a rapid speed.

Due to this incident, movie productions Myeong Films has seen a loss of 7.5 billion won in theater profits and additional publication rights. The damage was worse when the video was posted on a public sharing website.

The police say that these people knew that the movie was being screened but they still spread their files to one another.
