Cultural Contents starts 'Global Business'

Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (by In-Chon Yu, the Minister) and Korea Culture & Content Agency (by Seok-Man Koh, the director) announced that they would start a business called '2008 Culture Contents Global Business Course for Trainees'

In this course, total 75 trainees (25 people in each region) will be participated in three courses from three regions in UCLA Extension (LA) of the U.S., DCAj (Dokyo) which is belonging to Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry, and Shandong Normal University (Shanghai).

For the American education course, production and marketing studies will be conducted by reviewing each case based on TV, film, and animation in Hollywood which is the heart of American entertainment industry. The topic will be 'The Future is Now: Practices and Trends in Hollywood' by two weeks of schedule (from 16th to 30th).

Especially, it will be a good chance for seeing the trends of cultural contents in the U.S., Japan, and China. And by using various teaching styles of the universities, more practical education can be expected.

The trainees for this global business are specialists in the cultural contents or related areas. They were selected by the order of merits through applications and interviews.
