D-War's US Box Office Sales Exceeds $10 Mln

The domestic monster movie "D-War" has hit the ten-million-dollar mark in U.S. ticket sales 17 days after its release in the United States.

The U.S. online movie information and box office reporting service, Box Office Mojo, said that the monster flick sold over a million dollars' worth of tickets over the weekend and nearly 12 million dollars in the first three weeks of its American release.

However, the sci-fi blockbuster about a legendary Korean serpent is now showing on 870 screens fewer than it did last week. It has now fallen from tenth to 17th at the U.S. box office.
