The versatile actress, who can speak French and fight taekwondo, was recently appointed to promote the event as she is also good at dancing.

Ye started to take dance lessons at the age of 10. "I grew up with brothers, so I preferred to learn martial arts, but I ended up learning various types of dances from traditional Korean dance to ballet and jazz dance", Ye said.

She still enjoys practicing dance moves. "Dance means a lot to me. If I hadn't learned dance skills, I wouldn't have made it this far as an actress", she said.

When she had to do action-packed or slapstick comedic roles, she was able to use her dance skills to act more dramatically with spontaneous inspirations.

She said she wants to share the pleasure of dancing with more people, encouraging them to approach dancing with ease. "You don't need to be able to do a grand jete, making a big leap with a big kick high up in the air, like a professional ballerina", Ye said. "I think even the stretching and breathing you do as a warm-up are all part of dance".
