According to the Korean Films Commission, "Dark Figure of Crime" came in first on the 16th with 62,648 viewers. It suppressed "Venom" and has been in first place ever since. The accumulation is 2,969,613.

"Dark Figure of Crime" is based on the true story of hidden crimes in Busan about a convict who confessed to seven crimes and a detective who tracks down these crimes based on the confession. The motive of the story comes from the broadcast of the SBS TV show "We Want To Know" in 2012.

However, with the release of new movies on the 18th "Dark Figure of Crime" is bound to be put on brakes. "First Man", a highly anticipated film starring Damien Chazelle and Ryan Gosling from "Lala Land" is currently overwhelming ticket sales.

Meanwhile, "Venom" accumulated up to 3,350,454 viewers until today with a record of 45,292 on the same day. In third place is Han Ji-min's "Miss Baek" and "A Star Is Born" starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga in fourth place.
