TV Actor Uhm Tae-woong is set to captivate the hearts of Japanese fans.

KBS TV's dramas Revenge and "Sassy Girl, Chun-hyang", both starring Uhm, will air on So-net, a satellite network in Japan.

The first episode of Revenge will air on Apr. 5, Eom's birthday. Attention is being placed on what reaction the drama will draw in Japan, given that it already won a rave response in Korea for its tight storyline and plot.

"Sassy Girl, Chun-hyang", in which Eom appeared along with actor Jae Hee and actress Han Chae-young, will also air in Japan in May.

"Reporters from about ten Japanese news media outlets have visited Seoul to interview Uhm Tae-woong. We are currently in talks with a Japanese agency over his promotional activities in Japan", said an official from Uhm's agency.
