"Empress ki", forget the distortion of history

MBC drama "Empress ki" is coming this 28th.

Written by Jang Yeong-cheol and Jeong Kyeong-soon-I "Empress ki" is about a Koryeo woman who ruled the Yuan Dynasty and stars Ha Ji-won, Joo Jin-mo, Ji Chang-wook and Baek Jin-hee.

Ha Ji-won's comeback with this historical is quite an issue. She is the character who fights with her fate and rises to the position of an empress.

Ha Ji-won hasn't let anyone down yet when it comes to doing action or mellow dramas. She's going to appear charismatic and humane at the same time.

The drama is going to be popular just for the pure fact that it's written by Jang Yeong-cheol and Jeong Kyeong-soon-I alone. They said they started plotting the drama in 2008 after watching a documentary about Empress ki. "Empress ki" is a faction historical which involves true and fake characters.

"Empress ki" presents high quality and large scale filming. Ha Ji-won and Ji Chang-wook's costumes are bound to catch the eye and Ha Ji-won's realistic actions scenes are something else to look forward to. The cast includes Joo Jin-mo, Ji Chang-wook, Baek Jin-hee, Kim Seo-hyung, Lee Moon-sik, Kim Young-ho, Jung Woong-in, Kwon Oh-joong and many more.
