Entertainment agency owner arrested for sexually assaulting singer aspirant

Seoul Police Monday arrested the owner of an entertainment agency on charges of sexual assault on a high school singer aspirant.
According to the police, the 30-year-old singer producer assaulted the 18-year-old high school girl and took her pictures nude for five occasions from April til September last year, saying, "We need sex scenes which would be given to sponsors" and "We have to take your picture nude to guarantee that you may not flee ".
He has also been accused of similar charges to two other female acting aspirants aged 22 and 24 years for three years till September last year.
He is alleged to have forced the female aspirant at his entertainment agency to have sex on grounds that they had to seek their sponsors if she had no money, saying that they need money for plastic surgery and training cost to become entertainers, according to police.
In particular, he is reported to sexually assault the high school singer aspirant for six months after selecting her as the trainee in April last year, without training, on grounds that he had to confirm whether or not her body slim.
The entertainment agency owner denied sexual assault charges, saying that he had sex with her after fully explaining about the sponsorship, according to the police.
On the other hand, the high school student claimed that he did not train her nor introduced a sponsor, saying, "I was nearly forced to have sex".
Meanwhile, police are further investigating the case, recovering nude pictures and video clips of sex scenes with some 10 entertainer aspirants in the hard disc confiscated from the suspect.

서울경찰청 광역수사대는 17일 여고생인 가수 지망생을 성폭행하고 나체사진을 찍은 기획사 대표 A씨(30)를 아동청소년의성보호에관한법률 위반 등 혐의로 구속했다.
A씨는 지난해 4월부터 9월까지 가수 지망생 B양(18)에게 '스폰서에게 줄 성관계 장면이 필요하다', '이탈 방지용 나체사진을 찍어야 한다'며 강요해 5차례에 걸쳐 성폭행하고 나체 사진 등을 찍은 혐의를 받고 있다.
또한 A씨는 지난 2007년 9월부터 지난해 9월까지 연기 지망생 C양(22)ㆍD양(24)을 같은 수법으로 성폭행하고 나체 사진 등을 촬영한 혐의도 받고 있다.
경찰 조사결과 중소형 기획사를 운영하는 A씨는 소속 연습생에게 '연예인을 하려면 성형수술비와 연습비 등이 필요하다'며 돈을 낼 수 없으면 스폰서를 구해야한다고 강요한 것으로 드러났다.
특히 '지난해 4월 B양을 선발한 뒤 6개월간 가수 연습은 일체 시키지 않은 채 '몸매 관리를 잘했는지 확인해야 한다'는 등의 이유를 들어 성폭행해 온 것으로 조사됐다.
A씨는 'B양 등에게 스폰서와 관련, 충분한 설명를 한 뒤 합의하에 성관계를 맺었다'며 성폭행 혐의를 부인했다고 경찰은 전했다.
반면, B양은 '반 강제적으로 성관계를 맺었다'며 '가수 연습을 시켜주지 않은 것은 물론, 스폰서도 소개시켜 주지 않았다'고 말했다고 덧붙였다.
한편, 경찰은 압수한 A씨의 컴퓨터에서 A씨가 삭제한 10여명의 나체사진과 (성관계) 동영상을 추가로 복원하고 수사를 확대하고 있다.
