[Exclusive] "Rain" joins the army in October

World star Rain, (Jeong Ji-hoon) will join the army in October.

He will hold an official press conference next week.

According to several officials, he was notified of his national service by the Military Administration. Therefore, he will have a press conference next week.

Rain was supposed to join the army last year but applied to postpone the date and decided to go this year.

He is currently on a six-city tour all around the country and plans on having a press conference on September 24th before his concert in Seoul.

He will talk about joining the army, the last musical collaboration with J.Y. Park, and the behind story about his concerts and movies that CJ E&M is going forward with.

Rain is going over his concert stage with CJ E&M before he joins national service.

He has recently filmed a movie called "R2B: Return to Base" with Shin Se-kyung.

The movie was initially planned to be released at the Busan International Film Festival on October 6th, but another debut is being sought.
